About Gerard McCabe, Attorney at Law

With an impressive athletic experience that includes four Ironman events and eight marathons run, Gerard McCabe is a committed professional. He is the epitome of integrity and has a sincere desire to share his vast knowledge, expertise, and abilities for the good of others, especially his clients. Gerard is a seasoned lawyer with over thirty years of experience in both the public and commercial legal sectors. He is skilled in both transactional and litigation activities.
Gerard embarked on his legal journey by serving as a federal court clerk under Chief Judge Louis C. Bechtle in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he dedicated several years to a prominent role as a litigator at Montgomery McCracken. During this period, he specialized in intricate commercial cases, white-collar criminal defense litigation, and conducted thorough corporate compliance investigations.
Following his previous roles, Gerard assumed the position of Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey. In this capacity, he handled federal cases at both the trial and appellate stages. Later, Gerard transitioned back to private practice and became part of the corporate legal team at Morgan Lewis. Here, he collaborated with startup ventures, emerging growth businesses, and entrepreneurs, fostering a deep understanding of the synergy between business and legal advisory services designed to facilitate deal progression.
